Photo competition October 2010
Here's a selection of four of my favourite photos i took with my dad on his MEADE LX200 GPS telescope (10" mirror) and Sony VS1 camera. These are of mars, the moon and saturn. Do you have any good photos of the planets in our solar system? (or, if you're reading this NASA, maybe you'll post some amazing hubble photos?) Competition ends 28/2/11.
If you're interested in astronomy, you'll know that my photo of saturn can't have been taken this year because it has rotated so that its rings look like a horizontal line from earth. You'd be right, because i actualy took most of these photos early last year.
